AI savings claims are easy to make and hard to trust. A leader needs a baseline before calling an AI initiative an ROI success.

Start with the workflow. Count how many people use it, how often the task happens, and how long it takes today. Estimate the minutes saved only after testing the approved workflow.

The useful number is annual capacity recovered: people involved multiplied by tasks per week, minutes saved per task, and working weeks. Capacity can be valued using a fully loaded hourly cost. Revenue capacity should only be shown where the work is billable and demand exists.
